Beth Ojala is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics. She received
her MPT from the College of St. Catherine in Minnesota. She is
advancing her career through continuing education in areas of manual
therapy and orthopedic techniques. Beth enjoys the outdoors, playing
musical instruments and sailing with her husband and children. |

Carmella
Barger earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in
Physical Therapy
from the University of Washington in 1991 and her Master of Arts Degree
from Seattle University in 2002. Carmella is a board certified specialist in orthopedics and in addition to working with
patients in a variety of out patient orthopedic settings, her
continuing education and clinic experience have focused on utilizing
manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise to restore optimal
function. Carmella enjoys gardening, singing and dance, and
is committed to life long learning and community service. |

Dave
Baus received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical
Education at
Washington State University in 1977. He earned his degree in Physical
Therapy in 1981 at the University of Puget Sound. Dave believes
continuing education is a priority and regularly attends seminars in
orthopedic manual therapy, industrial rehab and sports medicine. With
his two sons, Dave enjoys hiking, fishing and coaching baseball and
basketball. |

Jarlo
Ilano received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (1996) and Master’s degree
in Physical Therapy (1998) from the University of Puget Sound. He has a primary focus on
manual and manipulative therapy with an emphasis on neck and back conditions, and has also
worked in inpatient neurological rehabilitation. Jarlo is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics. Involved in physical fitness from a young
age, he is also certified to teach yoga and several martial arts. Jarlo is also the proud
father of twin boys and enjoys running around after them. |

Kimberly
Springemann received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Business
Management
at Cal. State San Marcos in 1993. She earned her Physical Therapy
Assistant degree in 2000. She is specialized in a number of aquatic
therapy techniques: Bad Ragas, Aquatic Manual Therapy, Aquatic Massage,
Pilates/Trunk Stabilization, Open & Closed Kinetic Chain
Exercises, Ai Chi, Back Hab, and Lyou Ki Dou. Kimberly enjoys
snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, and traveling to many areas of the
world. |

Lisa
Diller received her Physical Therapy degree in 1982 from Texas Woman's University and her advanced Masters degree in Clinical Neuroscience Physical Therapy from Emory University in 1986. In addition to her background in neuro rehabilitation and movement analysis, Lisa continues to advance her manual therapy and muscle re-education techniques through continuing education. She also enjoys being part of the clinical faculty at the University of Washington's Physical Therapy School. Lisa likes spending time with her husband and children and participating in their many activities. |

Paige Seltz earned her
Bachelor of Science degree in Biomechanics from Montana State
University in 1998 and her Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the
University of Washington in 2006. Paige is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics. She has continued to expand her
knowledge through continuing education courses in orthopedics,
running injuries/biomechanics and low back pain. Paige enjoys
hiking, camping, mountain biking, and downhill skiing. | |
