Paige Seltz, DPT, OCS
Paige earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomechanics from Montana State University in 1998 and her Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of Washington in 2006. Paige is also an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS). She is continually expanding her knowledge through continuing education courses in orthopedics, manual therapy, running injuries/biomechanics and low back pain. Paige enjoys hiking, camping, mountain biking, and downhill skiing.

Carmella Barger, PT, MA, OCS
Carmella is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 1991 and her Master of Arts Degree from Seattle University in 2002. Her treatment approach focuses on education, manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise with an emphasis on achieving patient centered goals for return to functional daily activities, work, sport and recreational activities. Carmella enjoys gardening, painting, and outdoor activities with family and friends. She is committed to lifelong learning and community service.

Beth Ojala, MPT, OCS
Beth received her bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota in 1997 and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the College of St Catherine in 2000. Beth is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and is advancing her career through continuing education in areas of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and vestibular rehabilitation for all ages. Beth enjoys outdoor activities the NW has to offer, playing musical instruments, and sailing with her husband and children.

Sada Hertzig, DPT, OCS
Sada became interested in physical therapy after sustaining several knee and ankle injuries requiring physical therapy while in high school. Sada received her Bachelors in Natural Science and minor in Athletic Training from Midland University in 1997. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2002, and became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2008. She has developed specific interests in orthopedics, sports rehab, manual therapy, and biomechanics. She is constantly expanding her knowledge with continuing education courses in manual therapy, orthopedics, running injuries/biomechanics and bike fitting. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband. She also enjoys cycling, running, swimming, and being by the ocean.

Karen Sullivan Kniestedt, PT, CEEAA
Karen is an experienced orthopedic therapist skilled in evaluating and treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. She specializes in outpatient rehabilitation of lower extremity amputees, exercise programs for the aging adults and fall risk/balance assessments and intervention. She is a certified exercise expert for the aging adult through American Academy of Geriatrics and is pursuing Pilates Mat Instructor Training through Balanced Body.
UW Physical Therapy School graduate, Karen began serving on the Limb Viability Team at Harborview Medical Center in 1986 and has developed programs at the national level for gait training of amputees through the American Coalition of Amputees. Karen loves spending time with her family enjoying the outdoors in all seasons. Boating on Lake Sammamish and snowshoeing along Lake Keechelus on Snoqualmie pass are just a few her favorite outings. |
