The Woodinville Medical Center is at the intersection of NE 171st Street and 140th Avenue NE. Woodinville Physical Therapy is on the third floor of the Woodinville Medical Center.

Disabled parking is available at the east end of the building and in the parking garage at the West end of the building by the Pharmacy. Elevators are available at the west end of the building by the Pharmacy.
