Meet our dedicated team of therapists who are committed to providing you with the best one-on-one care you can get so that you get back to being you.

Paige Seltz, DPT

Paige Seltz, DPT, OCS
Paige Seltz, DPT earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomechanics from Montana State University in 1998 and her Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of Washington in 2006. She is continually expanding her knowledge through continuing education courses in orthopedics, manual therapy, running injuries/biomechanics and low back pain. Paige enjoys hiking, camping, mountain biking, and downhill skiing.

Beth Ojala, MPT

Beth Ojala, MPT, OCS
Beth Ojala, MPT received her bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota in 1997 and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the College of St Catherine in 2000. Beth is advancing her career through continuing education in areas of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and vestibular rehabilitation for all ages. Beth enjoys outdoor activities the NW has to offer, traveling, playing musical instruments, and spending quality time with her husband and children.

Arianna Mattila, PT, DPT

​Arianna Mattila, DPT earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University in 2016 and went on to PT school at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2019. She has continued to pursue various continuing education in orthopedics, manual therapies and exercise for various conditions throughout the body. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, swimming, knitting, crocheting, reading, and spending time outside with family and friends.

Jutta Jarvis, PTA, MS

Jutta Jarvis earned her B.S. in Health and Wellness Promotion in Tennessee, her M.S. in Kinesiology in Texas, and her Physical Therapy Assistant Certification in Washington. Her areas of interests are balance, natural movement, and healthy aging. She enjoys traveling and many other hobbies.

While our therapists are busy with patients, our dedicated office staff works hard behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. They handle everything from scheduling appointments and answering your questions to dealing with insurance and authorizations, and are committed to making your experience as smooth as possible.
